高速剪切混合機(jī)通過(guò)混合元件與內(nèi)壁之間的共同作用使物料高度混合，與現(xiàn)有的混合技術(shù)不同。混合容器采用錐形設(shè)計(jì)并配有中間轉(zhuǎn)子，轉(zhuǎn)子葉尖速度可達(dá)30m/s。物料在圓頂蓋引導(dǎo)下，向混合機(jī)中心移動(dòng)，隨后其頂部沖擊葉將粘性粉末和液體分散并控制顆粒尺寸。混合機(jī)的混合機(jī)構(gòu)可確保產(chǎn)品混合均勻，時(shí)間短。
The high-speed shear mixer uses the combined action between the mixing elements andthe iner wall to achieve high mixing of naterials, which is completely differentfrom existing nixing technologies. The mixing container adopts a conical design and isequipped with an intermediate rotor, with a rotor tip speed of up to 30m/s. Underthe guidance of the done cover, the material moves towards the center of the mixer,ａnd then its top impact blades efficiently disperse the viscous powder and liquidａnd control the particle size. The mixing mechanism of the mixer ensures uniformproduct mixing and short time.
