特點 Feature

1. 整機(jī)主控為多維運(yùn)動控制、5寸觸摸式人機(jī)界面、兩臺交流伺服定長。具有自動計數(shù)、提前報警、到數(shù)停機(jī)、個數(shù)顯示、高位停車等功能。自動對折，可點續(xù)噴膠功能。

2. 雙伺服拉料方式，兩組伺服定長拉料，組合皮帶膠輥壓合。

3. 封合成型裝置：采用機(jī)械下拉成型方式，氣缸壓力可調(diào)。

4. 配20mm寬線橫封裝置三套（冷壓定型裝置一套，自循環(huán)水冷卻系統(tǒng)一套），氣動式針排放氣裝置一套。

5. 配有雙工位不干膠條上膠裝置。

6. 光電糾遍兩工位獨立單軸放卷，剎車裝置為氣動壓力可調(diào)節(jié)。

1. The main control of the whole machine is multi-dimensional motion control, 5-inch touch human-machine interface and two AC servo fixed length. It has the functions of automatic counting,early

warning,number stopping,number display,high parking and so on. Automatic folding,can point to

continue spraying glue function.

2. Double servo pulling mode,two groups of servo fixed-length pulling material,combined belt cots. press.

3. Sealing and synthesizing device: The cylinder pressure can be adjusted by mechanical pull-downforming method.

4. It is equipped with three sets of 20mm wide-wire transverse package (one set of cold-pressing fixing

device,one set of self-circulating water cooling system) and one set of pneumatic needle exhaust device.

5. Equipped with double-position adhesive tape gluing device.

6. Photoelectric rectification for two workstations and independent single-axis unwinding, The brake

device is pneumatic pressure adjustable.
