干粉溶液制備過程是通過各個溶液槽分級逐步完成的，溶液槽之間隔開，保證每個溶液槽內的反應時間和恒定濃度，避免在預制槽和藥液儲存之間有任何直接通路，自動控制系統(tǒng)與儲存槽上的液位控制器相連，一旦液位達到低位，觸發(fā)進水電磁閥打開，干投機啟動，投加量按照水量設定，以獲得精確濃度，當液位達到點，此循環(huán)過程就停止，當然攪拌器仍按設定時間繼續(xù)運轉。
