特點 Characteristic

１、適用于食品、醫(yī)藥、化工、化妝品行業(yè)中液體、醬料等物品的異形袋計量包裝。

The machine is suitable for the food, medicine, chemical industry, cosmetics industry of liquids , sauce of Special-shaped bag measurement packing.

２、可自動完成制袋、計量、下料、封合、分切、計數、且可根據客戶要求配置打印批號等功能。

All the works of bag making,measuring,filling,sealing,cutting and counting can be done automatically,at the same time,it can also according to the demａnd of customers printing batch number and other functions.

３、觸摸屏操作，PLC 控制，伺服電機控制袋長，性能穩(wěn)定、調整方便、檢測準確。智能式溫控儀，PID調節(jié)，保證將溫度的誤差范圍控制在1℃以內。

The touch screen operation, PLC control, servo motor to control the bag length,stable performance, easy to adjust and accurate detection.Choose the intelligent temperature controller and PID control to ensure the error range of temperature controlled within 1 degree Centigrade.

4、智能開門報警停機，溫度偏高偏低報警停機，氣壓偏低報警停機。

Intelligent door alarm stop, high and low temperature alarm stop, low air pressure alarm stop.

5、包裝材料：PE復合膜，如：純鋁，鍍鋁，尼龍等。
