BLL螺旋溜槽是根據(jù)有用礦物與脈石礦物在比重、粒度、形狀上的差異，在螺旋的斜面產(chǎn)生礦漿動(dòng)感的離心流膜，在重力和離心力的綜合立場(chǎng)中，利用不同顆粒所受重力，水動(dòng)壓力和摩擦力，實(shí)現(xiàn)有用礦物于脈石分選。螺旋槽中的水動(dòng)除作向下的螺旋運(yùn)動(dòng)外，還作橫向的循環(huán)流動(dòng)。上層水流流速快，產(chǎn)生較大慣性離心力，甩向槽的外緣。與槽底相鄰的下層水流回轉(zhuǎn)速度慢，離心力小，在重力作用下從外緣流向內(nèi)緣，產(chǎn)生二次回流。礦漿中的重礦粒沉降快，沿收斂的螺旋線逐漸向內(nèi)緣，zui后以精礦形式產(chǎn)生。輕礦物沉降慢，處于礦流表層，流速快，離心力，子啊橫向環(huán)流作用下，沿?cái)U(kuò)漸的螺旋線逐漸移向外緣，zui后以尾礦形式產(chǎn)出。本產(chǎn)品由原地礦部*企業(yè)生產(chǎn)，執(zhí)行行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
